Across 15+ years I've built production systems for the world's largest telecom networks — and today I lead Ayud Software, helping businesses and leaders modernise, brand, and grow. My through-line is simple: find the core of a problem fast, then engineer the best possible solution.
Before strategy, I built the infrastructure the world runs on.
I spent years on the platform R&D teams behind large-scale VoIP and telecom systems — optimising operating systems, building security gateways for payment flows, and running cloud orchestration and Kubernetes deployments still in production at network scale. That foundation is why my strategy work is engineered, not improvised.
